Sava Dragunchev

He graduated acting in National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts "Krastio Sarafov" in 2008 in the class of Prof. Stefan Danailov. He debuted on the stage of the "Ivan Vazov" National Theatre with the role of the First Secretary in "Good night, Patricia!" by Aldo de Benedetti. He studied in Shakespeare's Globus Theatre in London and at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon, UK. He is a member of the British Shakespearean Association. In the troupe of the "Ivan Vazov" National Theatre since 2009, among his roles are: major Morozov in "Moth" by Pyotr Gladilin, Count de Guishe in "Cyrano de Bergerac" by Edmond Rostand, Filint in "Misanthrope" by Jean-Baptiste Molière, Camillo in "The Winter’s Tale" and Jaque de Boys "As You Like it" by William Shakespeare, Christian Ivanovich in" The Government Inspector" by Gogol, Mr. Purgon in "The Imaginary Invalid" by Molière, AZ in “The Bridge” by Laurent Van Wetter, Mason in "An Ideal Husband" by Oscar Wilde, the Inspector in "Thieves' Carnival" by Jean Anouilh, Silvio in "As You Want Me" by Luiggi Pirandello, Reling in "The Wild Duck", Samokvassov in "A Charming Summer with it’s Inevitable Troubles " by Maxim Gorky.
