Graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts "Kr. Sarafov" (NATFA) in the class of prof. Nadezhda Seykova in 2002. His debut on the stage of the "Ivan Vazov" National Theatre was in the same year in Yordan Yovkov’s play "Albena" as Ivan Senebirsky. For this role he was nominated for ASKEER Award 2003 in the Rising Star category. Karamazov’s other significant roles in the National Theatre include: Romeo in "Romeo and Juliet" (Shakespeare), Valentino in "Twelfth Night" (Shakespeare), Florizel in "The Winter’s Tale" (Shakespeare), Ross in "Macbeth" (Shakespeare), Leandro in "King Stag" (Carlo Gozzi), Malcol in "Macbett" (Eugene Ionesco), Horov in "The Arrivistes" (Ivan Vazov), Perdican in "No Trifling With Love" (Alfred de Musset), Desdemona in "Othello" (Shakespeare), Edmund in "King Lear" (Shakespeare), Hristo B. Petkov in "Exiles" (Ivan Vazov), Guido Wernig in "The Festival of Bacchus" (Arthur Schnitzler), Lord Goring in "An Ideal Husband" (Oscar Wilde), Gustave in "Thieves’ Carnival" (Jean Anouilh), Alain Reille in "The God of Carnage" (Yasmina Reza), Andrey in "Delhi Dance" (Ivan Vyrypaev), Shalimov in "Useless Men" (Maxim Gorki).
