Reni Vrangova

Graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts “Kr. Sarafov” (NATFA) in 1989 in the class of prof. Krikor Azaryan. She made his debut in 1990 on the stage of the Drama Theatre in Pernik in the role of Pinocchio after C. Goldoni. Since 1992 she is in the troupe of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre, where her memorable roles are: Aldonza and Dulcinea del Toboso in "Don Quixote" after Cervantes, Elena in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" by W. Shakespeare, Prostitute in "Magic Night" by Beckett/Mrozek/Ionesco, Miranda and Ariel in "The Tempest" and Paulina in "Winter Tale" by W. Shakespeare and others.

She has an ASKEER Award 1992 for her roles as Miranda and Ariel in The Tempest and ASKEER Award 2006 for Isabella in Dom Juan. She is the winner of the Ivan Dimov Award for Young Talents (1999) for her role as Eliza in Pygmalion.
