More than 30 years after the end of the story in "How important it is to be serious", the characters from the famous Oscar Wilde’s play again fall into comic life situations – this time written by the American playwright Tom Thomas. Now the story of Gwen, Algee, Cecily, Ernie, Brenda and Willie is developing in 1933, when the Big Depression and the crash of Wall Street are in full swing, and Hitler comes to power in Germany. The bombings, the sadness of the years gone by and the shining allegory of a lost happy life with pots instead of helmets. The world is collapsing, like a leaky balloon. The fireworks are impressive, but it is enough to put a pan on your head to make you feel better again. Time passes, the bell rings, but you can always find strength and desire to give us confidence that life goes on.
